My contribution to the land art group exhibition at Kirsten Kjær Museum was caring for and exposing the so-called invasive species Japanese knotweed, as a reflection on the socio-material puzzle of deciding which (human and non-human) species are welcome and which are seen as intruders.

Recalling Jane Bennets text Vegetal Life and Onto-Sympathy (2017), the work can be seen as an onto-sympathic act of care and questioning.
